Kansas City-based IT staffing firm welcomes three new team members after a year of record growth

TriCom Technical Services is proud to welcome three new rock stars to their powerhouse team! Tiffany Johnson joins as a Talent Engagement Lead, Mike Zika joins as a Senior Technical Recruiter, and McKynlee Westman joins as a Technical Recruiter.
In her role as Talent Engagement Lead, Tiffany will work to ensure that TriCom is attracting the best of the best to join their team of passionate professionals who will connect their clients with top technical talent. After graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in Psychology, Tiffany has had an impressive career in the HR and recruiting space due to her unyielding “passion for people”.
“I’m most excited to be part of the TriCom team because I get to work with amazing and passionate individuals,” said Tiffany. “I look forward to learning, overcoming new challenges, building more brand awareness on local campuses, and also helping other passionate professionals start careers with TriCom!”
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, Mike will help build the team of Technical Recruiters in the Minneapolis area. Mike comes to TriCom with an extensive background in sales and recruiting and was already connecting engineers with rewarding opportunities before joining the TriCom team.
“Being realistic is the most commonly traveled road to mediocrity,” said Mike. “I’m excited to join TriCom because of their vision for the future and the superior service they strive to give to clients and candidates alike.”
As a technical recruiter, McKynlee will work closely with area businesses and technologists to facilitate rewarding IT placements. Her journey to TriCom has been one wild ride, as McKynlee spent the majority of her professional career working abroad – hiking and biking alongside guests in the Tuscan countryside, along the Berlin wall path in Germany, through the mountains of Patagonia, and along the beaches of Costa Rica.
“I am most excited to be part of a team that is comprised of genuine and highly-motivated individuals who each have their own unique way of connecting with others and driving the recruiting process home,” said McKynlee. “I feel invigorated with TriCom and know that my professional development will skyrocket on the team.”
