Not only have the companies on the 2020 Inc. 5000 been very competitive within their markets, but the list as a whole shows staggering growth compared with prior lists as well. TriCom achieved an incredible three-year average growth of 86%. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $209 billion in 2019, accounting for over 1 million jobs over the past three years.

This year, only 75 companies qualified for inclusion on SIA’s annual list of Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms. To qualify for the list, companies needed to have had at least $1 million in staffing revenue in 2015 and at least 15% CAGR between 2015 and 2019. The median CAGR for the top 10 companies this year was 56.3%. For the full list, it was 27.4%.
