Known as “C’s,” she’s lived and worked in multiple cities and countries, excelling at connecting the dots and delivering solutions to complex projects. Carol is driven by a passion for helping people, whether it's keeping TriCom’s financials in check or cheering on her kids at their sports events.

A proud inductee into her high school Softball Hall of Fame, Carol’s love for teamwork shines in everything she does. She enjoys researching her next vacation spot or unwinding by the ocean.

Kylee Chaszar is a driven sales professional who excels at building authentic relationships and following through. She loves the supportive team at TriCom, from leadership to her fellow producers.

A former tennis enthusiast, Kylee brings the same competitive spirit to everything she does. When it's time to unwind, she enjoys exploring Arizona's deserts or soaking up the California sun. Always active, she loves outdoor activities like hiking, water sports and winter sports.

Jim Erhard has more than 17 years of recruiting experience and is passionate about helping candidates advance their careers. Known for thinking outside the box, he enjoys presenting unique opportunities and guiding candidates to roles that drive their success. Jim thrives in a team-oriented environment where everyone is eager to support one another.

An avid weightlifter, Jim enjoys cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs with his family. Though not a Weird Al Yankovic fan, he’s seen him live three times.

Charlie Fossell is a true people person with a knack for getting to the heart of what matters. He’s dedicated to making the perfect match, cutting through the surface to understand what’s truly important. Inspired by people’s stories and their ability to overcome challenges, Charlie is passionate about helping others grow.

A lover of dogs, bikes and boats, Charlie enjoys spending time with his family (and dogs, who are family) and dreaming of his next trip to Florida. He believes there's no food better than good pizza.

Ryan Hiatt values transparency and honesty, thriving on challenges that allow him to solve problems and advance careers. A dedicated sports fan, Ryan is a season ticket holder for the Kansas City Chiefs and follows the Royals and Blues. An avid golfer, he has Italy at the top of his travel list.

Brian "Hodgey" Hodge has a talent for connecting with people from all walks of life. Inspired by a passion for helping others and overcoming challenges, he thrives in the dynamic world of IT recruiting, where every day brings something new.

A lifelong sports fan, Brian once dreamed of being a sports broadcaster and still enjoys reading about and watching sports. He’s also an avid bobblehead collector with more than 170 pieces in his collection. Brian is passionate about being a good person and bringing people together. In his spare time he volunteers with Lead to Read and plays basketball and golf, while also enjoying time with family, dogs and friends.

His favorite travel spot? Santorini, Greece.

Stacy Howard loves making connections and getting things done. She thrives on those "aha" moments when everything falls into place. At TriCom, she’s energized by a team that’s passionate about finding great opportunities and helping people succeed.

Outside of work, Stacy enjoys fishing on ice, a lake or the ocean, reading and staying active through workouts. She’s also a fan of fast car races. Although Bora Bora is on her travel bucket list, her real joy comes from connecting with others and being a mom.

Amy Hutcherson is inspired by the positive impact a new job can have on someone's life. She loves meeting and chatting with people, helping them take the next step in their careers.

Sarah Kistler takes a personalized, candidate-focused approach to recruiting. Outside of work, Amy focuses on family, creating memories with her son and enjoying board games and jigsaw puzzles. She has a fun holiday tradition, with enough socks for every occasion—enough to wear two pairs a day in December! Her greatest joy is being the best mom she can be.

Zac Ricketts is driven by relationship-building, coachability and adaptability. He thrives on helping others pursue their passions while ensuring companies work effectively and efficiently. Matt Sharples is TriCom’s co-founder and CEO. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded from Kansas City to the Twin Cities, earning a number of prestigious industry awards, including ClearlyRated’s coveted Best of Staffing award, SIA’s Best Staffing Firms to Temp For and Work For, as well as Kansas City Business Journal’s Champions of Business—not to mention being named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies.

Matt has a strong affinity for giving back to the community, serving as a board member for nonprofit organizations MOCSA, Cristo Rey KC, Skilled KC, and i.c. stars, which develops leaders through a robust training program for underserved young adults.

Logan "LT" Thomas combines a passion for technology with a knack for building genuine relationships. Driven by the desire to positively impact others and expand his network, he thrives on changing lives for the better. Logan loves the team at TriCom and the collaborative environment they create.
