What was your dream job when you were a kid?
Growing up in Minnesota and living the outdoor lifestyle. I wanted to be a Game Warden to help protect wildlife and natural resources.
What’s one piece of advice you would give to all job seekers?
Tailor your resume to each job. Take the time to add phrases or keywords into your resume that fit the job description. Make it be known that you are an obvious choice for that role!

Dogs. They are selfless and never ask for praise or expect anything in return.

What’s your favorite part about being part of the TriCom team?
My favorite part about being a part of TriCom is the people that I get to work with every day. I enjoy going into work knowing that I am working with people that are passionate and care about the people we help with their careers.
