TriCom Technical Services won for scoring in the top quartile of participants in the category for staffing firms with 21-50 internal employees.
TriCom Technical Services was chosen based on the results of a confidential survey completed by their employees in November and December of 2020. Employees’ responses were measured in key engagement categories, focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation, and benefits. New to the 2021 survey were questions related to diversity, equity and inclusion, and remote work.
